Which materials to choose for a basin?

- Categories : Procurement Guide Rss feed

Before snuffing the shape of its basin, the first question to ask is which material to choose.
Today there is a multitude of materials for making a basin or sink. Some more luxurious than others.

Ceramics
Ceramic has for a long time been the main material for making washbasin and basin. Easy maintenance and easily shiny ceramic laying basin brighten up small bathrooms like big ones.

We like ceramic because very easy maintenance it imposes a flawless classicism in your design bathroom.

Corian® composite resin
With the Corian® composite resin, there is room for elegance and refinement. Soft material and matte, the resin will bring a touch of sobriety to your design bathroom. This fragile material is to be handled carefully. Its maintenance requires a soft cloth and a non-abrasive product in order not to damage the composite sink.

We like composite resin because it produces a sobriety and unrivalled elegance.

The Stone
Stone for basin composition is rarer than ceramic but not less aesthetic. With its beige or anthracite colour, the stone-laying basin will perfectly combine with a bathroom with chic ethnic decor. After having passed several layers of water repellent varnish in order to respect the stone, we advise you to maintain it with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning product.

We love stone because it allows to have a basin not like everyone else and to be able to play with accessories in order to give a bohemian bourgeois side to your bathroom.
